Items purchased through our online store may be EXCHANGED at our physical store for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. However, for RETURN requests, the period is up to 7 calendar days, also from the date of receipt. Prior notice of your interest in the exchange or return is required.

Before contacting us, please have the following documents/information ready: Warranty Certificate, Invoice, and email or phone number so the company can provide you with the next steps for the exchange/return.
*After receiving the product, the company has up to 7 business days to confirm the condition of the product and contact you again to process the exchange/return.
**For the first exchange, the company is responsible for the costs incurred and will not pass on any costs or fees to the customer.
Once the order has been confirmed and the exchange has been approved by the COMPANY, the customer may choose to receive a refund using one of the following options:
a. Credit corresponding to the value of the product for a new purchase (online or in-store) to the buyer's CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry) within 7 days of the company's response;
b. Credit card refund, which may occur within up to three invoices after the company's response;
c. If the payment was made via Boleto, Debit Card, or PIX transfer, the amount will be refunded directly to the checking account of the CPF registered on the website within 7 days of the company's response;
***The company emphasizes that under no circumstances will the amount be refunded or reimbursed to third parties other than the buyer's CPF registered on the website.
EXCHANGE/RETURN CONDITIONS
Products to be exchanged/returned must be sent following the instructions below, otherwise the company may refuse the exchange/return:
1. Products must be accompanied by their respective warranty certificate, as well as the purchase invoice.
2. Items must be in their original packaging.
3. Products must not show signs of use, such as dents, scratches, or oxidation.
****We do not exchange custom-made jewelry.
