The Círio de Nazaré is the largest Catholic procession in the world that annually attracts thousands of people to Belém in October to follow the festive period of Our Lady of Nazaré and its 12 processions, among which are the Círio Fluvial, the Traslación and the Domingo del Círio. And one of the processions that gave rise to this piece is the Pilgrimage of Accessibility.

The image of Our Lady of Nazareth is the center of the processions and festivities, with this pendant representing Our Lady of Nazareth in a stylized and creative way, seeking to represent and include people on the autism spectrum and neurodivergent people.
